About Padmavati Engineers
Padmavati was incorporated in 2007 and was in the business as a major supplier of state of the art, circular machine parts and other Industrial Machinery parts. The manufacturing division was established in 2011 at Surat,Gujarat and has manufacturing innovative spare parts for the Circular Looms & winders of Lohia , Starlinger , BSW & GCL.
Padmavati has two divisions. Firstly Manufacturing Spares for Circular Looms & winders and also manufacturing Customised spares Name “Padmavati Engineers”. The second division is the Sales and Marketing Division engaged in the business of trading and marketing of various types of machinery and spares name “Padmavati Marketing”.
Technology,Quality & cost are three key focus areas for Padmavati. All manufacturing process are manned by highly qualified, experienced and innovative staff minutely looking after each and every aspect of operation. All aluminium components like Bearing Block, Shuttle Body are pressure die-casted in special LM6 Grade material having perfect contours, dimensional accuracy, structural stability and high precision. The Polypropylene and Glass-filled Nylon based moulded products like Levers, Conchoid Roller, Insertion Finger Holder, Creel Assembly, Brake, etc. are being produced on Advanced Injection Moulding Machines using specially-developed moulds assuring accurate sizes and compactness. The Design Department is constantly engaged in product improvement and technology upgradation.
